9 Week Bootcamp
If you are the type that is intimidated by gym equipment, don’t know what to in the gym, don’t have access to a gym, or you’ve never worked out before...then this program will be the perfect fit for you and your needs.
This 9-week program is designed to assist you in your weight loss journey. Throughout the course of 9 weeks, we will be working out together 5 times per week. Each workout session is less than 1 hour. There is no equipment needed! All you need is a towel and the desire to finally make the change!
I will be guiding you from start to finish. My goal for you is to recognize what you need to do and know how to implement it in your daily life to make this a lifestyle change.
The 9 Week Program includes:
- Before & After photos
- Weekly Check-Ins (weigh-ins, measurements)
- Nutrition Guidance
- Training Regime (all bodyweight exercises designed to target fat loss, improve strength and conditioning)
