4 Week Peachcamp
This 4-week program is designed to assist you in toning up all the major muscle groups in your lower body. Throughout the course of 4 weeks, we will be working out together 3 times per week. Each workout session is less than 1 hour. There is no extra equipment needed, we will provide everything you need! All you need is a towel and the desire to go hard on every workout.
I will be guiding you from start to finish.
